CGHEVEN ASSET LIBRARY — DaVinci Resolve add-on

================================================================================

WHAT IT IS
----------
Browse and download professional VFX / 3D assets from your CGHEVEN account
directly inside DaVinci Resolve (with previews, downloads, and optional
import to the Media Pool).

DAVINCI RESOLVE VERSIONS
------------------------
• This add-on is built for recent DaVinci Resolve releases, including
version 18, 19, and 20 (and newer updates in the same product line).
• Both DaVinci Resolve Free and Studio are supported when you run the
script from Workspace → Scripts (as described below).
• Older Resolve versions are not officially targeted; they may work in
some setups but are not guaranteed.

IN SHORT — HOW TO INSTALL
-------------------------
1. Keep this add-on folder as one complete package.
2. Double-click INSTALL.bat (this is the ONLY file you click — everything
else lives inside the Resources\ folder and is run for you).
3. The installer detects your system automatically and, if Python is
missing, installs it for you — then shows a small popup (GUI).
4. In that window, click “Install / Update” and wait until the message
says it finished. Restart DaVinci Resolve if it was open.

On macOS (no .bat), run from a terminal inside this folder:
       python3 Resources/cgheven_installer.py

1) INSTALL (MORE DETAIL)
------------------------
• On Windows just double-click INSTALL.bat — it sets up Python if needed
and launches the installer. On macOS run: python3 Resources/cgheven_installer.py
in a terminal (Terminal) while you are inside this folder.

• After a successful install, the popup message will tell you where the
files were copied. Then restart DaVinci Resolve if it was already open.

• The “Buy License” button in that window opens the membership page in your
browser (you do not need to buy before installing — install first if you
want; you will need a valid license in the add-on to use the library).

2) LICENSE / API KEY
--------------------
• A license (key) is required to use the full library in the add-on.
• You can join / renew at: https://www.patreon.com/CGHEVEN/join
• After you join, use your account on https://cgheven.com (dashboard) to
get or manage your key and your subscription details, as shown on the site.

• In the add-on, look for the sign-in / license area and enter the key
you received (follow the on-screen text inside Resolve).

3) USE INSIDE RESOLVE
---------------------
1. Start DaVinci Resolve.
2. Open: Workspace → Scripts → (add or select the CGHEVEN script)
   - On Windows the installer copies the main file into the Fusion
Utility path (see the success message from the installer).
   - On macOS the installer also sets up a path under
.../Fusion/Scripts/Utility/ — use the path the installer shows you.
3. When the add-on window opens, sign in with your key if asked.
4. Use categories, search, asset cards, and the right-side preview panel
to pick assets, download, and (where supported) import into your project.

5. “Install on another computer” in the installer window explains how to
copy the same folder and run INSTALL.bat (Windows) or
cgheven_installer.py (macOS) on that machine (same steps).
